Lt. Gov. Bill Bolling (R) dropped out of the 2013 race for Virginia governor Wednesday, likely clearing the way for Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli II to secure the GOP nomination. Bolling announced his decision via e-mail Wednesday morning.
